Vijayam Biocytes pvt ltd was incorporated during oct.2003 and established on oct.2004 to manufacture, refine, process, formulate, buy, sell, export, import or deal in all types of amino acids, hydrolysed animal proteins, derivatives, protein based chemicals used in various applications like manufacture of gypsum board, fire extinguisher, bio products of different types used in agricultural field, chemical intermediates used in drugs.
Plant Location Our plant is located in the sidco industrial estate,kakkalur area tiruvallore Dt. Tamilnadu with adequate infrastructure and equipments to carry out the operations mentioned in object column and grand laboratory facilities to take care of the quality aspect.
Research & Development Research & development is the company's lifeline. Separate space has been dedicated exclusively for research, with excellent instrumentation and efficient personnel backup, from wherein time and again; in-house innovations have been rolling out. This department aids in new product development.
Basic manpower The technology and technical backup is being provided by highly qualified and experienced professionals in the concerned field with adequate manpower.
Quality management We have set high standards for quality. All our incoming raw materials and our suppliers have been given stringent specifications for the raw materials. Simultaneously, all our outgoing finished products are thoroughly tested, at our quality control facilities, before the said products leave our factory for application at our various consumer outlets. Our product profile is a short synopsis covering the entire spectrum of the products manufactured in-house for various applications in the industry.
